What is the timeline on a project?
We like to begin design in the summer with renderings completed by early fall. Installation to follow depending on the client and availability to access location of install. We book up very quickly in December, so best to book early with us. Better yet, if your home, rental property or commercial space is empty, we are happy to go in early and make things merry!

Can I do just an install?
We customize our trees for our clients. We can do only an install for you and use some of your personal effects, but the real magic is in our bespoke, custom designs. There is a minimum cost for our services, even when using existing decor. Pricing is subject to the scope of the project, inclusive of the height of the tree, additional styling and add-ons, etcetera (such as garlands, fireplace styling, fresh holiday flowers or greenery upon arrival, etc.).

When are you doing installs?
Installs will happen the following dates (2024):
Mid to late October // Early to mid-November (week before Thanksgiving)// December 1-22 [availability is limited!]
For rush or special installations, times are subject to availability. Please book ahead!

What is required to secure my spot and date?
50 % down is required for the design/ install fees.
Any procurement of products will be billed up front at 100% of purchased cost.
Fees will apply to late payments/ contracts.

Do you take down or provide storage? Do you do other holidays?
Services and storage can be provided for additional fees and are NOT included in the install/design.
For other holiday installations, prices for these services are available upon request.

Will you use a real tree?
We can use real trees but will not procure them. We can recommend a few tree farms, but we prefer to work with artificial trees to create long and viable product of beauty, and for their reusability.
For rental properties and rental decor, we only install artificial trees and greens. This is largely due to many properties' restrictions and regulations.
